Mape-Asphalt Repair 0/8 is a single-component, premixed, solvent-free, ready-to-use, cold-applied reactive asphalt that, thanks to a chemical process, hardens after contact with air and water, allowing mode quick repair of the road without traffic interruptions.
CHARACTERISTICS
- Mape-Asphalt Repair 0/8 is capable of withstanding high intensity loads if applied on a solid, clean, consolidated and well compacted support.
- With Mape-Asphalt Repair 0/8 it is possible to repair potholes with thicknesses between 20 and 70 mm in a single layer. To fill thicker holes, it is possible to make more layers of product on top of each other, making sure to wet and compact, however, each one of them.
- Mape-Asphalt Repair 0/8, once hardened, does not soften even at high temperatures, resists frost and rain and therefore guarantees a long-lasting and stable result over time, very similar to that of traditional asphalt applied. hot
APPLICATION MODE
Support preparation
- The support must be solid, clean, free of residue and without the presence of free water. During the winter, where there is ice, it will be necessary to remove it to guarantee adequate adhesion of the product to the support.
Product preparation
- Mape-Asphalt Repair 0/8 is ready for use and therefore does not need to be mixed.
