Diamond drill bits have been developed for professionals who need to drill in hard materials, such as porcelain, stoneware, natural stones, cast iron or fiberglass, where it is very difficult to drill with conventional systems. These crowns guarantee excellent performance and long life even in the hardest materials
Less water!: These crowns work with little and intermittent water cooling, not like conventional ones that require a constant supply. Just wet the tip of the drill bit at the beginning of each drilling and repeat every 5 seconds
Clean Holes: Clean, precise drilling without damaged or chipped perimeters
Life: To ensure a longer useful life, we use more diamonds, for a faster cut and a more abrasion-resistant bond, for greater durability
Durability: Hardened alloy body to resist torsions produced by continuous work
Easy waste removal: Special slots with steps to remove waste by lever
Versatile: They can be used on grinders or drills, using an adapter
How to use in a grinder:
- Place the M14 adapter onto the ring gear and tighten it until it securely holds with a wrench. Then thread the assembly into the grinder, tightening it with a wrench until secure.
- If the tile is not placed on the wall or floor, hold it with clamps to prevent movement.
- Put the crown in the water
- Start the grinder at maximum speed. Slowly approach the crown at an angle of 20-30°, using light pressure to prevent it from skidding across the surface. When the crown starts cutting and has made a groove, gradually grind the angle until the perimeter of the crown is completely in contact
- Every 5 seconds you must cool the crown
- Apply light pressure and rocking during cutting to maximize crown life
