Sikalastic-1K is a one-component, fiber-reinforced cementitious mortar, designed for flexible waterproofing and concrete protection.

It is formulated with cement modified with special alkali-resistant polymers, which allows it to bridge cracks and adapt to small deformations of the substrate. Its application is simple, as it only requires adding water, and can be applied with a brush or trowel.

USES

• Flexible waterproofing and protection of concrete structures including tanks, reservoirs, pipes, etc.
• Waterproofing of bathrooms, showers, terraces, balconies, swimming pools prior to laying ceramic tiling with adhesive
• Exterior waterproofing of buried walls
• Interior waterproofing of basement walls and floors with negative water pressure
• Flexible protective coating for reinforced concrete structures against freeze-thaw effect and carbon dioxide attack to improve their durability
