Natural Stone Total Solution is a fast-curing, one-component adhesive sealant based on MS hybrid polymer. This product, which cures moisture through a neutral process, is ideal for universal applications, including facades, sanitary and floor joints, thanks to its high resistance to mold and weather. In addition, it is odorless and has very low emissions.
APPLICATIONS
- Connection and movement joints: In construction of buildings on concrete, brick, stucco, wood, metal and various plastics.
- Sanitary and floor joints: Especially suitable for natural stone and wood floors such as parquet.
- Facades: Suitable for windows, doors and other surfaces.
- Gluing mirrors and glass: Coated on one side.
SURFACES
Suitable for metals, lacquered, galvanized, anodized, chrome-plated or hot-dip zinc-plated surfaces, various plastics, ceramics, natural/artificial stone, glass, concrete and wood. Preliminary testing is recommended due to the diversity of materials.
USE
For a perfect seal:
- Board dimensions: Ensure that the joints have the correct dimensions and that the surfaces are clean, dry and free of grease.
- Surface Preparation: Clean smooth, non-absorbent substrates with alcohol; For porous surfaces, dust and clean.
- Application: Cut the tip of the nozzle according to the width of the joint, place the cartridge in a suitable gun and apply the material, avoiding bubbles.
- Cleaning: Fresh product can be removed with alcohol or isopropyl; Cured sealant can only be removed mechanically.
PRIMERS
Good adhesion without primers on most surfaces. The use of primers is recommended in case of exposure to high temperature fluctuations or contact with water, and on difficult or absorbent substrates.
CHEMICAL RESISTANCE
- Good resistance: Water, aliphatic solvents, oils, greases, dilute inorganic acids and bases.
- Moderate resistance: Esters, ketones and aromatic compounds.
- Not resistant: Concentrated acids and chlorinated hydrocarbons.
- Weather resistant.
PAINTABILITY
Preliminary testing is recommended due to the diversity of paints on the market. Paints based on alkyd resins can slow down the drying process.
