Descripción
The MIG 131 MULTI inverter welder is a multifunction welding equipment prepared to weld with hollow wire without the need for gas (Flux Core), TIG LIFT ARC or coated electrode.
The fact that it welds with tubular wire without the need to connect a gas cylinder makes it a very convenient piece of equipment to use on outdoor or high-rise construction sites. In addition, as most of the current passes through the hollow wire, it generates faster fusion, an increase in the deposit rate and the welding speed. Therefore, it is much more productive than using solid wire. Also, the bead formed by Flux Core welding is of higher quality thanks to the slag it generates.
CHARACTERISTICS
- This equipment is compact, and has a very resistant structure that complies with all European specifications 2011/65/EU, 2014/35/EU, 2014/30/EU and EN 60974.
- Its amperage can range from 20 to 120 A to adapt the power to the work needs, and its no-load voltage is 60 Vdc.
- Its regulation is very simple, since it has classic analog controls for adjusting the current, voltage and wire speed, as well as a wire priming button to feed the torch comfortably.
- It allows a maximum tungsten electrode diameter of 2.0 mm and is fully suitable for use with generators. It also has a capacity for coils of up to 1 kg.
ADVANTAGES
- Flux-cored arc welding equipment (FCAW, also known as flux core, with built-in torch. STAYER MIG MULTI range, suitable for use with coated electrode.
- Lightweight, multi-purpose wire welding equipment with built-in torch for coils up to 1 kg for use without gas.
- Simple and adaptable configuration between welding with 0.9mm and 1mm hollow wire, coated electrode, with just one button.
- Professional, synergistic controls of wire speed and power output with ultra-fast response, the equipment synchronizes the speed with the required amperage.
- Portable, no gas bottle needed thanks to the use of the hollow “Flux Core” thread, very flexible and versatile.
- Compact design, with carrying handle and reduced weight, suitable for domestic use with 16A consumption limiter.
- IGBT technology based on state-of-the-art microprocessor control capable of providing up to 120 amps.
- For wire welding, connect torch return to negative terminal (-) and ground clamp to positive terminal (+).
- Prepared for use with a stabilized generator, given its voltage input range of +/-17%.
